    branding.  Realigned the product lines of 9 acquired companies into a

    114 products into a cohesive suite of HR solutions.  Implemented a
    best practices approach to marketing to increase revenue 50%, and
    lead generation tenfold.

    Consulting (BearingPoint).  Re-aligned Compaq’s $2B Professional
    Services business for e-business applications.

    -   VP Marketing at Tandem – Incubated and launched e-commerce
    software business to $120M.
    -   General Manager at AT&T - Led the turnaround of the UNIX
    operating system business to profitability in two years.

    computer networking business to $200M from concept in 3 years.

Patrick completed the Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, the
Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, the
Steven Covey Principle Centered Leadership program, and is a certified Six
Sigma Champion.  His BS in Business Administration equivalent is through
Seton Hall University and Bloomfield College in New Jersey, in addition to
